Dragonwilds Tracker is a free app and website made by one person. If something is broken, or you cannot work out how to do what you want, write in and a person will answer.

The address is codemackcreations@gmail.com. It helps to say whether you are on the iPhone app or the website, and what you expected to happen instead. It is only me answering, so a reply can take a few days.
Getting Supporter back
Supporter is bought once and stays bought. If a reinstall or a new phone leaves you on the free version, open Settings, find Support the app, and choose Restore purchases. The paywall offers the same button. Two things have to be true for it to work: you need to be signed in to the Apple account that paid, and you need to be online the first time. If it still will not unlock, email me and say roughly when you bought it.
Refunds
Apple takes the payment, so Apple is who gives it back. Requests go to reportaproblem.apple.com. I have no way to issue one from here. If the app itself was the problem, tell me anyway, because that part I can fix.
Progress that went missing
Nothing is kept on a server, so there is no backup here I can send you. On iPhone, Supporter adds iCloud sync, which carries your progress with your Apple account and brings it back after a reinstall. On the website, progress lives in the one browser you used it in. Clearing site data or using a private window loses it, so move it with Save & transfer code before you switch browsers or devices.
Something in the catalog looks wrong
The catalog is built from the RuneScape: Dragonwilds Wiki and rebuilt regularly, so a mistake there becomes a mistake here. Correcting the wiki fixes the app at the next refresh. If the wiki is already right and the app disagrees, that one is mine, so please report it.
Is this official?
No. This is an unofficial fan project with no connection to Jagex. Game names, items and imagery belong to their owners.
Privacy and terms
The privacy policy sets out what is collected, which is very little. The terms of use cover what the Supporter purchase includes.
